The clothing ceremony for Michaelite novices at the novitiate house in Natalicio Talavera, Paraguay.
"Put on the new self, created in God's image, in true righteousness and holiness" (Eph 4:24).
As we celebrate the feast of St. Joseph, the chaste husband of the Virgin Mary, we put on our religious habits, a symbol of our belonging to God. This also helps us to recognize the difficulty of our sacrifice and to receive God's graces.
Let us ask St. Joseph to intercede for us and for all vocations, that we may follow his example of unconditional devotion to God's will.
